Our hot/cold tummy pads are perfect for smaller aches and pains or cramping. They are filled with whole organic flax seed, lined with 100% muslin and covered in 100% breathable cotton. There are 3 sewn in pockets to hold the filling in place. Warm in the microwave or cool in the freezer, depending on the need. Our tummy pads also have removable covers for easy cleaning.
